Design & Development ApproachNatural lay of the land and settings has been incorporated in the design and is designed with minimalist approach to minimise the bulk earth work, maximise soil preservation and habitats, few bunkers and native turf grasses & plants to ensure affordability, sustainability and biodiversity. Only 50% of the site area i.e. water body, mounds, teeing area, target greens have been constructed balance 50% of the site area i.e. landing area have been slightly shaped to ensure surface drainage.
